People donโt resist change.
They resist change theyโre not part of.
You can have the best tech, the right budget, and even leadership buy-in โ but if people donโt see themselves in the change, they wonโt adopt it.
Thatโs why we need to treat storytelling like we treat innovation itself: iterative, responsive, and human-centered.
